Newton's law of universal gravitation
Newton's Law- Newton's law states that every point mass in the universe makes all other point mass attracted to the original point mass with a force that is proportional to the prduct of their masses and inversely proportional to the distance between them squared.
Mass- Mass is one of Newton's Law of Universal Gravitation controlling factors as that the mass of the point mass in the universe determines how strong its force is to other point masses in its gravitational field and how far its gravitational force reaches.
Distance- Distance is one of the controlling factors in Newton's law because it determines how much the gravitational force of one point mass affects another point mass by the force decreasing as the distance between the two point masses increases in length.
Galaxies and Solar Systems- Newton's law is connected to galaxies because it explains the way galxies don't seem to float in all directions, but instead stay steady and around the same area. It relates to solar systems because it explains how planets stay in orbit around stars like our sun due to its gravitational force, which is strong to planets in our solar system due to the sun's great proportional size and its short distance from the planets.
